Return & Exchange Policy
At Kala Mandir, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for the return.
- Sarees with fall/pico work done, or customized blouses, are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
