local_shipping Return & Exchange Policy
At Kala Mandir, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our sarees. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We offer a straightforward return and exchange process.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 to 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return: Please contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
- Customized Items: Sarees with fall/pico work done, or customized blouses are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
